This piece uses lyrics from the song " Change" by Big Thief. It represents the complicated feelings I have about myself and others, specifically shining light on past trauma from relationships. This piece specifically features a high quality stylized digital drawing of how I see myself. I used contrast techniques to show how draining emotions can be, as well as using mark making and shapes to show the importance of the detail on the drawing of myself.
